What do the product images show?
Product images are previews of the design. Your blanket is made to order in the type, color and size you choose.
What's the difference between the blanket types?
Velveteen plush is soft 100% polyester with the pattern printed on one side. Sherpa fleece is 100% polyester with a printed front, fluffy sherpa back and hemmed edges. Woven cotton has the pattern woven into 100% cotton yarn, colorful fringe edges and reversed colors on the back.
Which colors can I choose?
Velveteen plush and sherpa fleece come in Cream or Pink stripes. Woven cotton comes in Cream.
Will woven colors look the same as on my screen?
Woven colors can come out a little darker and softer than on your screen because the yarn has a set number of colors. The woven pattern is best seen from a few feet away.
Which size should I choose for a sofa or bed?
Velveteen plush and sherpa fleece come in 30 x 40 inches for a small lap blanket, 50 x 60 inches for a sofa throw, or 60 x 80 inches to drape across the foot of a bed. Woven cotton comes in 52 x 37, 60 x 50, 54 x 70 and 60 x 80 inches. The first two woven sizes are wider than they are long. Compare the measurements with your space.
How long will my blanket take to arrive?
For US orders, allow 3 to 5 business days to make your blanket, then 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping. The product page shows an estimated delivery range. Busy seasons, including late November and December, can add a few days.
How much is shipping, and can I track my order?
Standard US shipping is free on every blanket. Your order ships from the USA, so a US address needs no customs forms or import fees. We'll email tracking when it ships. We also ship to other countries.
What happens if my order will be late?
We'll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund if your order is going to be late. For help with your order, email hey@blanketmagic.com. We reply within 2 business days.
When should I order for Christmas 2026?
For US standard shipping, our estimated order-by date for Christmas delivery is Friday, December 4, 2026. This is our best estimate. We'll confirm it when our print partners post their holiday dates.
What are my options for sending a gift?
You can send a blanket straight to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout. Or send a digital gift card so they can choose their own blanket.
Can I return it if I change my mind or choose the wrong size?
We can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size you picked because each blanket is made just for you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.
What if my blanket arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We'll remake or refund a blanket that arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or different from what you ordered. Email hey@blanketmagic.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. You don't need to send it back unless we ask.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we haven't started making it, we can change your order or cancel it for a full refund. Email hey@blanketmagic.com as soon as possible. Once production starts, we can't make changes or accept change-of-mind cancellations. If your order will be late, we'll email a new date and offer cancellation for a full refund.
How do I care for my blanket?
Follow the care label that comes with your blanket. For help with your blanket's care instructions, email hey@blanketmagic.com. We reply to emails within 2 business days.
