Which blanket type and color should I choose?

Velveteen plush is soft 100% polyester with the pattern printed on one side. Sherpa fleece is 100% polyester with a printed front, fluffy back and hemmed edges. Both come in Cream or Pink stripes. Woven cotton comes in Cream, with the pattern woven into 100% cotton yarn and colorful fringe edges. Woven colors can look darker and softer than on screen. The pattern is best seen from a few feet away.

Which size works for a chair or sofa?

Plush and sherpa come in 30 x 40 inches for a small lap blanket, 50 x 60 inches for a sofa throw, or 60 x 80 inches to drape across the foot of a bed. Plush can arrive up to 3 inches shorter than listed. Sherpa sizes can vary by about 3 inches. Woven comes in 52 x 37, 60 x 50, 54 x 70 and 60 x 80 inches. The first two woven sizes are wider than they are long. Compare the measurements with the spot you have in mind.
