Before you order your blanket
How long will my blanket take to arrive?
Allow 3 to 5 business days to make your blanket, then about 10 to 30 days in transit. The shipping price shows at checkout. Busy seasons can add a few days. We'll email tracking when it ships.
Can I see my photos on the blanket before I order?
Yes, you'll see a preview before you order. Choose clear, bright photos with faces near the middle. Each photo fills its window, so edges can be cropped. You can move a photo inside its window and make it bigger. See photo tips.
How do the blanket types feel?
Velveteen plush is soft, 100% polyester with your photos or design printed on one side. Sherpa fleece is 100% polyester with a printed front and fluffy sherpa back. Compare blanket types.
What does the 100% money-back guarantee cover?
It covers blankets that arrive damaged, faulty, misprinted or different from your order. Email a photo to hey@blanketmagic.com within 30 days of delivery for a new blanket or a 100% refund.
